'i love the combination of relaxation, postures and mediation of the group class. A perfect combination that helps work different aspects of the mind, body and breath. Understanding all along why and how the poses and breathing help your body through Nita's detailed explanations. I am comfortable with the hands on adjustment to postures too that Nita provides, so that i am learning to do it right to reap maximum benefits in the class. There's something for everyone in the class and each class targets different areas so that no two classes are ever the same!'- Mandy
